  10.     It's time to close the door. So long as there are
  11. unemployed or hungry and homeless Americans, we have no
  12. obligation to admit people from countries that overpopulate
  13. themselves into poverty. Some of those who claim to be refugees
  14. are only running away from their problems. If they want to live
  15. in a democracy, they should be willing to stay home and fight
  16. for one.
